okei....so yesterday (Saturday) I made an ultimate sacrifice....[hehe]...I skipped my ballet lessons.

Ksi ang ballet once a week lang and Saturdays lang....pg may grpwork na klangang tapusin ballet ang nagsusuffer.....

o well....on with this..

May kailangang gawin sa Filipino na sa Monday na irereport so nagmeet kmi ng grp ko sa......ehem...sa clinic ni Daddy...

Sabi ko 9am magmeet sa school para mga 9:30 nandun na sa clinic......wat do you expect?? them being early??! ha! please....don't make me laugh....

Dumating sila wat tym?? 11:00!!!! [wtf!!?!]

ang nandun lng kahapon e cna sarah, jessica, misaki and jed....okei...im okei with dat....pero..

hehe....d nmn kmi nkapgtrabaho sa clinic e....ahihi...

soooooo.....i used my super kapal na face sa aking dearest Daddy Ton2 at nagpahatid kami sa bahay sa Pque....[my parents are going to kill me when they find this out...they'll start with the, "di ka na nahiya...blah..blah..blah.....]

Sa bahay nkapagtrabaho kmi....mga 1.5 over 2 ang natapos [or not...] so medyo okei na yun. Yng last na activity ksi kulelat kami kya gsto kong bumawi [biro mo.....89, 89, 88 tapos 85!! tsk..tsk....]

anyhoo....

ang galing galing!!! kakainis ksi si carlos....naglaro pa ksi dun kya ayun...

wat do u expect when you have 2 guys with you....a PlayStation 2...a Naruto game and a brother na ayaw umalis sa AVR.....you know the rest...

yng isa nmn dyan....parang hari..."kawawa" [keh!] nga e...nagutom na napagod pa....dami ksi ginawa e [choke!!...choke....!!..ehe..ehem!]

may appointment pa daw [or sumthin] c jed so nauna syang umuwi dun sa tatlo...nagdrawing nmn sya so no problem...

Aguinaldo Fest (The Show)

haha!! The day finally came....[nooo!!!.....after the day...it will be all over...I don't want that!!]

2:00 dapat nandun na so I left early...hehe.....It was like the day before but only better.

Nung dumating na yng hour na magreready na...with the make-up and everything......haha...ala lng.....

so ayun....

I did not feel any nervousness or anything.....I actually felt excited!!!

The first dance I was in was the Do-Re-Mi group...yng Fun In Dance.....hehe....I just got those pics from the souvenir programme so don't expect quality pics....I took them with a camera phone..that's all......

Aguinaldo Fest (General Rehearsal)

haay....tapos na rin ang Aguinaldo Fest....but I'm kinda sad that it ended already.....I didn't want it to end....I want to do lots and lots of performances......but like everything else......it has to end eventually....and it did.

Performing is really fun. The Performing Arts Festival 2006 was my first show since six years ago...so that was really a long time ago.

haha...let me tell you all about it....May30 was the date of the show so naturally May29 was the General Rehearsal chuvah....
It was my first time in the AFP Theater...so going to Camp Aguanaldo.......WE GOT FREAKIN LOST!!

Umabot kami sa Ramon Magsaysay HS (cubao) or sumthin.....as in inikot namin ang buong Edsa...my gulay!!!
When finally umabot kami sa Camp Aguinaldo...hindi rin namin mahanap ang AFP Theater so.....inikot namin (ni Kuya Jerry) ang buong Camp Aguinaldo!!!....another "oh! my gulay!!!"

ahihi........so after making libot to the whole place....I finally got there....very relieved that I was actually on time. (buti na lang umalis kami ng maaga)

Sooo....iniwan na ako dun...all alone with lots of food na baon (may malaking lunch box nga ako e...hehe...)

The whole rehearsal thing was fine....

Yung final run nng araw na yon was the chance to like video the whole show....but dahil sa wala akong kasama.....no video...(sayang yng hiniram kng videocam kay Tita Chona)

I did my own make-up (which was, thank God, fine....didn't look like a monster or sumthin) and I took care of myself for that day......wishing that it will never end...

wOw to the costumes!!

woohoo!! We had our pictorial last Monday....May22...
This is my first time to perform on pointes so.....everything's special....like costume anyway..

The costume for the Do-Re-Mi was the ones used in the last performance....the ones used in the Praise Concert.....I just borrowed Ate Em's costume so I get to dance too...

Our group gets the green ones.....okei enough about that...

The costumes we're dancing in for the "Arrivez au Pointe" is really pretty.....
It's not finished yet so there's much more to see...

I can't describe them by word (cause I don't really know how to describe that's why) so I'm just gonna show pictures...

VCD School of Ballet.....Part2

Soooo kahit na alam mo nang ang lagkit lagkit mo na sa pawis at nanginginig-nginig na ang mga binti mo sa pagod.....SOBRANG SAYA PA RIN!!!

I dunno....pero iba talaga ang saya dito kayna Ms. Damian...hehe...I mean..the pipol you meet and spend time with....

heck!?! I spent most of my summer here...excluding the times na nakahilata lang ako sa bahay. I did no other activity but this....honestly.

Vella C. Damian School of Ballet

Let's look at a day in a life of a ballet student at VCD School of Ballet. Any day there is enjoyable and exhausting. Sooooo........

Well....I prepare an hour before leaving the house....my class is at 3pm so I take a shower at 12:30 so I could leave on or before 1:30.....I always want to be at least 30 mins. early for class sooo.....I do that....yun na yon.

I travel an hour to Quezon City from Parañaque....usually while waiting..I just sleep or listen to the radio and more often....nakatunganga lang ako.

When I arrive at Mayon...I take of my clothes (the ones I'm wearing on top of my leotard) and then I wait...again.

I socialize at this point (while waiting for class to start)....and what other stuff to do than this....

MODERN dance class....

like WOW!!!!

pipol who go through that are amazing!!!

I attended the Modern Dance class last Friday....taught by Mr. B. Larlar....the guy who was with Melanie Motus who were both given the dance scholarship or sumthin...

wehehe....it was like so hard.

I just made things/stuff clear....

the dancing stuff that pipol do in school like the Pussycat Dolls or the B.E.P. stuff is practically not Modern Dance....its more of Hip Hop....(someone correct me if I'm wrong)

Modern dance is more of the Martha Graham and Isadora Duncan stuff....the one's with the "CONTRACT"& "PRETZEL" kind of moves.....so believe me...the next time we dance something in school....I will not call it Modern Dance...because the real stuff is sooooooo different from that. Its actually Hip Hop. Pipol don't really use the term Hip Hop now HERE cause its sounds sooo.....

anyhoo....

really...believe me...Modern Dance is sooooo much different from what most of you pipol know. The dances that my friends like Bea, Chole and Maiko do is not basically Modern Dance....I don't see them contracting and doing pretzels ya know....

And from that one class that I took....all my muscles are still soooo SORE....

hehehe......I got a Grishko 2007 which is 4 1/2 XXX with a Hard shank....whoo!!....haha!!! AND DAMN! IT HURTS!!.........o well.....who cares?? I'M HAPPY....^_^

I bought it from That's D Pointe in Metrowalk, Pasig.....ya know wat.....I actually bought the pair last Saturday..I got the same Grishkos but it was 5 1/2 before I took it to class last Tuesday..I already knew that it was too big...and boy was I RIGHT!!....

Ms. Damian told me to return it and have it exchanged cause it was way too big so I did on Wednesday.

So I got the 4 1/2's then.

Thursday (yesterday), I brought it again...so I can have it sewn for me or ask how to sew it anyway. It got an approved from my teacher so everybody was happy (yay me!)

In our class, only two people have Grishkos, me and Bea...whoo!!!...everybody was wearing Capezio...anyhoo....ya know how much toe pads (Ouch Pouch Jr.) cost???

After the second venur rehearsals at St. Paul's (Pasig), Ms. Damian kinda talked to me......
She said. "You have to be on pointe this summer. You go buy na your pointe shoes...can you attend three time a week?"
I said, "yeah.."

Whoo!! When I heard those words from my teacher...I was like soooooooooo superrrrr happy!!

(sing-song voice) I'm gonna be on pointe!! I'm gonna be on pointe! She's telling me to buy na...Ha...Ha..Haha...Ha......

Mwahahahahahahahahahaha!!!

Anyhoo...

So the day after which was Saturday...I told my parents that I would come with them to get my size from Capezio.....

I waited like 4 hours for 10:00am to come because it was like so early and the mall wasn't even opened yet.......soo...

waiting.....

waiting..........

Then it's time! Me and my dad went to Capezio. When we got there...the people there didn't even bother to ask us for assistance. No they did not!! So we looked around the shop. When finally...

I asked them about the pointe shoes...

"Can I please be fitted so I would know my size?"

They asked me who my teacher was. I told them who. They asked me if it was my first time. I told them it was. My dad asked when will I be starting. I told them April 18.

After hearing that I would not buy from them yet.....they completely ignored us from there. They actually told me to come back when the date is nearer because my feet will still grow!!??

What kind of answer was that?

It was like less than a couple of weeks...my feet would not really make a difference....They didn't want to make the sale because I wasn't buying yet.....THAT WAS SO RUDE

AND FULL OF CRAP.

After stepping out of the store, my dad told me to never come there again because the people there are BASTOS (and full of crap.)

That actually spoiled my supposed to be special moment because I was getting my first pointe dhoes fitted....and they gave me was CRAP.
